friendly staff easy access chilly room dated decor

the staff were so lovely and friendly. the direct access to the tissington trail was such a bonus as it allowed us to explore it very easily.

the room got a little chilly at night, it wasn't freezing, but a little extra warmth would have been nice. the decor was a little dated for what it costs.

The breakfast offered a wide array of choices. The staff was professional and very friendly. That charmed me. The location is an ideal base to explore the nearby walks.

The room wasn't serviced. Mugs and glasses were not refreshed. The tea, coffee, and milk sachets were not topped up. Also the bins weren't emptied. There was no bin in the bathroom. That was inconvinient!

clean room airy room helpful staff limited drinks early closure unrefreshed mugs

the room was very clean it included an en-suite and shower. breakfast offered juice a coffee machine cereals fruit yoghurts toast butter jams honey and marmalade. i found the cooked breakfast well presented in a light and airy room. staff members were very pleasant and helpful

the choice of drinks was limited. i believe the bar closed early on friday. mugs and glasses were not refreshed tea coffee milk sachets were not replenished.
