the staff were super friendly and helpful! upon arrival, the check-in staff saw my wife was using crutches. they immediately switched our room to a downstairs one without us even asking! also, we forgot a phone charger and they provided a usb adapter for our cables! it was AMAZING!!!

The first thing i saw was a stained chair. This wasn't really pleasant.

the hotel provided ample parking spaces. the pub next to the hotel had dog-friendly areas and sold food. the reception staff were friendly and helpful . i also found the continental breakfast to be very good.

the key card had just a post it note with the room number, though i would have liked a proper card.
