An Excellent Stay!
quiet roomfriendly staffpoor breakfast
My room was quiet. I noticed the M62 is nearby, so that was a bonus for access. The staff were very friendly, always willing to help with a smile. I appreciated their positive attitudes and quick responses to my questions.
The breakfast was not great. I feel that a dedicated breakfast room would improve the dining experience greatly. The alternative milk should be available.

The check-in process was easy. The bed was comfy. A pub serving quality food was located right next door. It was GREAT!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated a lot. My room was nice and very clean. I especially liked the comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. It was beautiful!!!
The room got very hot and the windows did not open wide enough, a bit uncomfortable at night.

The room we had was lovely and spacious, as was the clean and spacious en suite. the bath and shower were all super clean. shower pressure was excellent. the bed and pillows felt really comfortable. The television was of a decent size too. we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the room was ready for us. reception staff was friendly and cute.
