The accommodation was very spacious. The staff were nice and friendly upon arrival. I was immediately moved to a new upgraded room when a plug socket blew. I also enjoyed drinks at the tavern.
The toilet facilities were quite basic. The room lacked shelves.

i stayed in a standard double room for 3 nights. the restaurant menu included large portion sizes. the welcome was great, even though i was held up in traffic jams.
The breakfast was poor. The poached eggs were more like hard boiled eggs.

Check-in was quick and efficient. I received a warm welcome from the staff upon arrival. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer questions.

The hotel features two dining locations, which I found convenient. The pub had a great selection of food, and the quality surprised me (especially the salmon salad). I appreciated the ample portions and freshness. The canalside location is lovely, offering a nice backdrop.
I noticed some signs of wear in the room. The kettle looked quite old. I also found some damp spots around the door and window. I feel that the rooms need some attention (perhaps a revamp).

My room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed bigger than expected. the jacuzzi bath was amazing. I really enjoyed it. the staff were very cute. They were very attentive.
There were lots of spiders in my room i spotted. i. It was not good. i wanted to leave, but i couldn't because i couldn't get hold of reception.
