The staff were lovely and helpful throughout my stay. i really liked the on-site parking. It was secure and convenient. breakfast was amazing. The plates and food were hot. i appreciated this attention to detail.
The room radiator only partially worked. This made the room quite cold at times. this needs some attention, especially during the colder months.

My room was spacious and bright! it included two windows, therefore it had a lot of natural light. the ensuite bathroom was lovely and clean. It contributed to a comfortable stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing!!! there were plenty of options available, and everything was cooked to perfection. i especially enjoyed the full english. It was very tasty.
the water pressure in the shower fluctuated a bit, making it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature.

the menu had nice and varied choices, with four specials. the food was beautiful!!! portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was excellent, great experience.
The staff were attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. I appreciated the attentiveness of the bar staff and the quality of the food. Breakfast was a comprehensive choice with excellent cooking.
The pillows were a bit thin.

I thought the room was a bit rough around the edges. It really needed a fresh look. The carpet seemed pretty old and worn out. getting hot water in the shower took ages. I waited a good five minutes each time. It was a bit annoying at the beginning of each shower.

The room needed a good decoration. The carpet had a lot of someone else's hair. I do not have long blonde strands.
