The staff were lovely and helpful throughout my stay. i really liked the on-site parking. It was secure and convenient. breakfast was amazing. The plates and food were hot. i appreciated this attention to detail.
The room radiator only partially worked. This made the room quite cold at times. this needs some attention, especially during the colder months.

The hotel benefits from its location right on the main street! there is very good access to nearby shops and local attractions. This makes exploring very easy. the proximity to local amenities is a real plus.

The food was excellent, dinner portions were generous. breakfast included hot plates. Food was also piping hot. the bar area was cozy. I could enjoy drinks.

My room was spacious and bright! it included two windows, therefore it had a lot of natural light. the ensuite bathroom was lovely and clean. It contributed to a comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was amazing!!! there were plenty of options available, and everything was cooked to perfection. i especially enjoyed the full english. It was very tasty.
the water pressure in the shower fluctuated a bit, making it difficult to maintain a consistent temperature.

the food met my expectations. the sunday lunch was very fresh and well presented. the bed was also very comfortable, (i slept well).
i had to ask for towels in the room.

old carpetlong wait
I thought the room was a bit rough around the edges. It really needed a fresh look. The carpet seemed pretty old and worn out. getting hot water in the shower took ages. I waited a good five minutes each time. It was a bit annoying at the beginning of each shower.

Breakfast had good quality items.
The room needed a good decoration. The carpet had a lot of someone else's hair. I do not have long blonde strands.
