the receptionist had kindness in her eyes. the room felt large, it had a view of water. the breakfast was full with many choices, it felt comforting. the bed was huge, it was like a soft cloud.
i found a small dust on a glass table, it reminded me of it needed wiping.

the front desk staff was friendly at all times. a lady helped arrange a taxi to a local hospital, she spoke gently. breakfast staff was helpful and kind.

there is a pool to swim in. the gym included updated machines for workouts. i saw a sauna ready to melt the stress away, it felt perfect after a long day.

charming stay on the quayside

i found the rooms lovely with great decor. new rooms and the bathroom impressed me. the window opens so i could get fresh air. the car park was free, a very welcome bonus .
i noticed the door in the room didn't close fully, a small inconvenience.

the gym has fantastic equipment for a good workout session. the pool is also available . i certainly enjoyed access to both facilities.

i found the restaurant does really nice food for every palate. breakfast had options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. i was pleased with the variety and quality of the food.

a surprising gem!

The room had a fantastic view overlooking the barges. I found it quite charming. the refurbished gym was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the updated equipment. the staff was friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the easy access to car parking facilities. It made arrival simple.
the leisure centre was quite busy, due to external members also using the facilities.

The spacious room had a comfortable bed and a posh en suite. It was quite charming. opening the window was a bonus, allowing fresh air in, and the fan provided maintained a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

Check-in was smooth and cute. It set a positive tone for my visit. the staff were accommodating. They provided a high-quality cot for my infant, which reduced stress. their kindness stood out. I felt well cared for.

The location is good. It offers an easy walk into the city centre. plenty of open space exists on the adjacent quayside. I liked it a lot. motorway access is convenient. That's always a plus.
