I adored my room it featured park views. the tea and coffee selection was very comprehensive. i found a microwave down the hall, a convenient amenity. Vending machines were also available. That was an added bonus.

I found a slight issue. The shower had some uncleanness, with hairs visible.

The staff greeted me with warm smiles at check-in. Loretta helped me during checkout, and she was lovely. I found a vending machine stocked with snacks on my floor. The bistro provided nice food during my tea break. I find that the breakfast was equally delicious.

The hotel provided just a miniature tube of toothpaste, and I think it would have been nice to have a bigger one.

The receptionist gave complete information during my arrival, they were really friendly. The restaurant staff was lovely. They tried hard to serve our desserts, showing real dedication. They decorated our room to mark our first anniversary, such a caring touch.

The hotel offers parking without paying, a very practical thing, and it helps a lot. There are a lot of shops just outside, this added extra ease. Access to the zoo is so easy, this makes things better for me as a visitor.

The breakfast served buffet style tasted nice and I find this convenient. The bistro provides an alternative to the restaurant. The food at breakfast had good quality, it was clearly worth the cost.
