The room included a desk ideal for using a laptop. Staff were friendly at all times, a plus. Checking in was simple, so that was fast. Ample parking available, made arrival stress-free.
The room took awhile to warm up after arrival, I wish it heated sooner.

My room was spacious with an really good design. The bathroom SHOWER was powerful. I found a dressing area, very useful for organizing my belongings. That adds a functional touch to the room.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff were attentive to all requests, providing quick assistance. I found everyone friendly and considerate, that enhanced my experience a lot.

Plenty of parking SPACES exist on the premises. Breakfast offered a good selection, value for the money. The hotel's location provides peace, important after a tiring day.

The beds were very comfy. The room was also of a good size. The location was a very good base (only 4 or 5 minutes away). It had very easy access to the hospital and Castle Hill.
I found that there were not many options at the bar.

The receptionist noticed I was on crutches when I checked in. She offered me a room on the ground floor, very helpful. I really appreciated this considerate approach.

My room was spacious and comfortable, it was well maintained. I found that the amenities were modern. It was nice to have a large bedroom (especially after surgery).

The hotel is convenient for accessing the main road and the motorway. The setting around the hotel is lovely and peaceful. The hotel is located a little out of the way from town, but it provides convenient access.
