a decent stay
professional staff friendly staff nicely decorated rooms unfriendly reception outdated bathroom cracked bath panel
the staff were very professional. They were also friendly and would go out of their way to help you. the restaurant is fine and so is the food. it is excellent. the rooms are always clean and nicely decorated.
the lady on reception did not come across very friendly. she never smiled. it was ashame, as first impressions is everything. the bathroom was very outdated, including mould around the bath tiles and a cracked bath panel.

I found parking very convenient with provided space. The selection of tea and hot drinks was nice. I liked the additional light around the mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast menu had several options.
I noticed a slight smell from outside when the window was open.

Staff seated me upon arrival at breakfast and took my order. The service was quick. The staff was pleasant.
