I found the location fantastic, I could see the bay directly from my room. The complimentary gin and tonic was a lovely touch, luxury toiletries in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The hospitality tray included a variety of drinks and biscuits, I definitely enjoyed that.
I experienced a minor issue with the car park, I struggled a little to find space on arrival.

the room had complimentary whitby gin and tonic which was a lovely touch. the hospitality tray included a range of drinks and biscuits, i found it generous. staff were attentive during breakfast. the location was perfect since i could see the bay directly from my room.
I noticed some noise from the kitchen as my room was above it. There was clattering of dishes at night and early in the morning, disruptive.

I was so excited to see the sea view from the restaurant! The staff offered really good customer service. My room had quality fittings plus accessories, and the WiFi worked great. I especially appreciated the convenient car parking behind the hotel.

Mixed Feelings about the Stay

I encountered several issues. The room faced the car park. This obscured the sea view. I also noted considerable noise from the kitchen early in the morning. It was caused by clattering dishes and general activity. It disrupted sleep quality.
