mixed feelings about my stay

early bar closure poor menu choice
i was frustrated because the bar closed so early (it closed at 10 pm). the menu also lacked variety. it was disappointing that there were no snack options. the option to eat in the bar area was not available, even with plenty of tables.

underwhelming stay

outright refusal medical issue
friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, acceptable.
My room felt smaller than a standard shed. It triggered a panic attack so i requested a refund to go elsewhere, but they outright refused, even with my documented medical issues.

friendly staff delicious breakfast burned taste satellite channel
staff was friendly and helpful when i arrived. my room was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed table service. the hotel location was great, i liked it.
my dinner was disappointing, the soup had a burned taste. the room were too warm, i couldn't control the temperature. also, tv only had satellite channels, bbc1 wasn't working. sadly, my room didn't have a sea view, instead i looked at some bins.
