Inconsistent Maintenance and Limited Amenities

dirty patio doors urine stained carpet

The lodge had a spacious layout and could easily accommodate a large group.

The patio doors looked dirty, a detail I noticed immediately. The decking also seemed weathered and the exterior chairs were worn. The upstairs carpet had dog urine stains, suggesting an inadequate deep clean despite pet fees.

Acceptable stay experience

kitchen equipment equipment variety staff shops friendly staff flat location convenient location exterior chair worn chair awful wifi slow wifi missing booklet zero instruction

The kitchen has good equipment variety. It was easy for me to get out to explore the coastline. The flat location helped me enjoy the area. Staff in shops are friendly.

The exterior chairs looked worn on the arms. The TV system moved so slow because of the awful WiFi. It was hard to watch anything even via cast. The oven worked but I was left zero instruction booklets. I burned several items.
