The lodge had a spacious layout and could easily accommodate a large group.

The patio doors looked dirty, a detail I noticed immediately. The decking also seemed weathered and the exterior chairs were worn. The upstairs carpet had dog urine stains, suggesting an inadequate deep clean despite pet fees.

the restaurant was a shambles. i walked in on sunday evening and nobody came to take my order for 20 minutes. i was then told they weren't taking any more walk-in orders causing a very long wait to complain.

The hot tub was immaculate and checked daily by staff. It worked perfectly . Clean towels and bath robes were provided which was a nice feature. The living space was roomy and cozy with ample features in the kitchen. Staff members at the reception area were happy and provided advice when asked.

The pool did not have the feel of a spa and looked a little tired .

The staff displayed a high level of professional conduct, always approachable and ready to assist. I had a question about local attractions and they provided detailed directions. It was very helpful. The on-site shop was well-stocked with essentials and local products.

I saw ducks on the lake. The apartment was clean and had necessary equipment. The location provided quick access to coastal towns. The automatic temperature control worked well, which always kept the flat warm.

The swimming pool lacks a spa feel. It also looks a bit tired now.

The kitchen has good equipment variety. It was easy for me to get out to explore the coastline. The flat location helped me enjoy the area. Staff in shops are friendly.

The exterior chairs looked worn on the arms. The TV system moved so slow because of the awful WiFi. It was hard to watch anything even via cast. The oven worked but I was left zero instruction booklets. I burned several items.
