“Tregenna Castle Resort offers a unique stay within a historic castle setting, though some aspects require updating. The 72-acre grounds and on-site golf provide ample leisure options, but some of the rooms and dining areas feel dated. In my opinion, the coastal views and family-friendly amenities are pluses, yet the resort needs to address inconsistencies to truly shine.”

The rooms are generally considered large and well-equipped, with some offering impressive sea views. While the walk to town and the beaches is manageable, some may find the return uphill a bit challenging, and a taxi ride costs about £8.
