the location proved convenient. it allowed easy access to local attractions.

the room showed signs of wear and tear. a rusty shelf sat above the bath and noise from the nearby road was constant due to single-glazed windows, i couldn't open them. i found this disruptive and the staff offered little help.

The location allowed easy access to the beach and the gardens were beautiful.

The room I received did not resemble the photos online. The windows were old and dilapidated, complete with grubby blinds. The water pressure was poor. It was difficult to shower. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is situated on a hill a short distance from the heart of Teignmouth. While the walk downhill is easy, the return may be more challenging. However, there are two bus stops directly outside the hotel for your convenience, and you can take the number 2 bus.
