My family and I recently spent a few nights here. The Veranda became a hub of activity for us. My children played arcade games while I enjoyed the coffee machine (much needed caffeine!). We even managed to squeeze in a family game of squash. The updated menu had something for everyone. We found every meal to be delicious and satisfying, especially with the kids' preferences also considered.

The swimming pool water temperature was a bit too cold. This. This issue should be quickly solved because it impacts the pool experience.

we had another lovely stay! the 'john gould' room was super spacious for our family of four, and that fleet view is just amazing. the verandah is packed with fun, arcade games , and even a ps5 , kept the kids entertained for hours. i even squeezed in a squash game!

the main door glass had some fingerprint smudges , but it was a minor thing honestly.

We loved that this place caters so wonderfully to families with children. The staff are cute and helpful. They showed us around, super useful. Breakfast was amazing. They accommodated every request with ease. The cinema time, complete with free milk and cookies, was a very nice touch. I really had a great family experience.

The restaurant menu seemed somewhat geared towards children. I was expecting a bit more sophistication in the food options.
