The hotel is close to both the beach and the railway station (very convenient). The staff contacted me before my arrival to ask about any special requirements. I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable.
I felt the rooms need some refurbishment with fresh paint. I think the hotel should inform guests about their allocated table in the restaurant upon arrival. Breakfast times could be more flexible, starting earlier than 8:00 am (some guests may prefer an earlier start).

the room was clean (a nice bonus). the bed provided great comfort. i appreciated the abundance of towels and the consistently hot water.
the breakfast service lacked attention when the manager was absent. items were frequently incorrect. some orders were missing essential components like tea bags for tea.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The family room I booked provided great value. The swimming pool became a highlight for our family, especially since we enjoyed an hour entirely to ourselves.
I thought the food choices felt somewhat limited. dinner service ended relatively early at 8 PM. Fortunately, there are alternative dining options in close proximity.
