warm welcome coffee facilities great facilities no wi-fi unhelpful receptionist worn furniture
the receptionist was lovely. she gave me a warm welcome. the room had great facilities. tea and coffee facilities were filled and complimentary biscuits were available.
there was no wi-fi signal in the bedroom. the receptionist wasn't helpful regarding this issue. the room was dated with worn furniture.

tender staff breakfast choices d-day celebrations cold room reception controls missing power points
The staff felt tender. The breakfast included many choices. The hotel is near the fire station so I watched the preparations for D-Day celebrations.
The room was cold upon arrival. Reception controls the heating. There were no power points near the bed, and I want to charge my mobile there.
