the staff offered prompt service. the breakfast had good variety with pastries, cereals and a full english. i found the sea view from my room very calming. the snooker room provided a nice way to relax, though the cues could use new tips.
the radiator in the room seemed to have a mind of its own! i struggled with the confusing instructions.

I express my gratitude for the immaculate condition of my allocated family room. It was super clean and well kept. The food options suited everyone. Staff demonstrated helpfulness throughout my stay. All were approachable. I also found great value in the ample free parking available on the premises. I was always able to find a space.
A slight inconvenience I experienced was the unpredictable lift access, which required some additional walking to navigate. This was only a small issue.
