my room was so clean with its well equipped bathroom. the food i ate each morning and evening tasted excellent. the staff were very pleasant, they served it to me with a smile. reception did anything for me, megan especially went out of her way to find the mattress name for me. i bought one when i returned home.

The spa was okay, with a clean pool area.
My room was quite small (definitely smaller than pictured online). I had some trouble with the shower, as it seemed to spray water everywhere except where I needed it. The staff did not resolve this .

The breakfast buffet featured many options, including cereals, juices, and cooked items, each very delicious. we have stayed here for more than twenty years and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the sea view lounge. The afternoon tea was a perfect way to unwind. the beef i had for dinner tasted amazing.
the prices of the drinks and snacks felt a bit excessive , and i would of preferred a fridge in the room.

the drinks are silly prices. snacks also have silly prices. i feel like they need to fix this.

The staff was GREAT and friendly. The rooms were very clean and well kept. I REALLY appreciated the sea views from my room. The restaurant provided a great dining experience with a variety of delicious options.

the food was excellent from breakfast to the evening meal i had. afternoon tea was perfect as well. all staff were so helpful and went that extra mile for me i thought.
my room was very small and inferior to my friend's room. it was also very hot with no air conditioning. the noise from the kitchen extraction unit was very loud to me
