river view attentive staff

my heart always remembers how special this place feels. the river view from our room was gorgeous, and the staff is always so attentive. every visit feel so tender, like returning to a place where every detail is lovingly cared.

our room was near the service area, and early morning noise was there. i wish for a more peaceful start to our mornings in such a romantic hotel.

The room was very clean upon arrival. i found the food to be of a high standard! the hotel has its own parking. It is a definite advantage.

The tv was difficult to operate. I did not listen to the radio.

car park view missing air conditioning

the staff showed politeness and i found them helpful .

my room faced the car park and it lacked any appealing view. i also noticed the absence of air conditioning making the room stuffy. it was difficult to ignore the noise from outside especially early morning deliveries disturbing my sleep.

The check-in was quick and efficient. i got a superior twin or double room river view. It had nice views of the river. the room also included coffee and tea making facilities. the bed linens felt freshly laundered, offering a crisp and clean surface.
