i found the location to be a big plus. it's right on the beach and the hotel provides parking. the room i had was very clean.
The spa did not impress me much. it faces the car park and felt basic. the restaurant seemed to rush the service. i found the burger inedible. It was too hard.

i loved that my room included tea and coffee making facilities and ample wardrobe space. the smart tv was easy to use. the ensuite had both a deep bath and a shower and twin wash basins which was useful.
i find the gym needs more things to do out of season, and could do with being later or chargeable after a certain time

the continental breakfast had very comprehensive offerings. dinner provided a vast array of choices from the menu, beautifully cooked and presented. karen, maia, and doriana was super efficient and very friendly.

nick, the concierge, was very helpful, especially because the driver's window would not fully close. lee checked me in and provided all the helpful information for our stay. millie in reception was accommodating.

The room was not up to par. My door had been left open all night from check-in by the hotel. A staff member swore at us during service. That was UNPROFESSIONAL.

the continental breakfast had a great spread. complimentary g&t was a lovely touch. a complimentary transfer to town was also available.
the room was not cleaned for two days. i mentioned this at reception and did not get a response until late afternoon on day two. the restaurant food was disappointing and not of a good standard.
