I had a really superb experience. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist! the hotel had loads of parking spaces, including an electric charging point, super convenient. i really liked the location as it's just a short walk to the barbican. About fifteen minutes.
the gym's access was a little inconvenient, since i had to go through the swimming pool area. the equipment could use a deeper cleaning too.

this spot is very convenient. it is near the city center and the beautiful hoe. it's also a quick drive to the tamar bridge, a plus if you wanna explore cornwall.

I found the gym to be a great addition, with two helpful receptionists. The housekeeper maintained my room well. One receptionist named Howie were very good too assist me .
The window near the bed did not fully close, so some noise was audible.

The family room offered plenty of space at a reasonable price. Access to the pool and gym was a definite plus.
My first room proved noisy, disrupting my sleep. The hotel did change my room, better, but the layout was still not good.

The health suite proved excellent, offering a relaxing experience. The breakfast selection was also substantial, including hot and cold options. I appreciated the convenient parking, with easy access to the city center. It cost £7 per 24 hours. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, ensuring any issue was handled efficiently.
I noticed that the hotel bar opened relatively late, at 17:30, inconvenient. This made it difficult to have a drink at the hotel before going out. Perhaps earlier opening hours would better serve guests
