lovely getaway spot

amazing restaurants pool area

i found the rooms fresh and minimal. its location stands out with numerous amazing restaurants nearby. navigating was simple via bus and i also appreciated the adorable cafe and bar and the pool area (the frozen margaritas were excellent!).

there was very little storage in my room, with only a small wardrobe. i couldn't even fit an item inside, and a safe was absent.

the pool area is accessible for hotel guests and kept locked for added security. a mexican restaurant, el primo sanchez, is located on-site and adds to the dining options. bus stops are conveniently close to the hotel.

the reception staff is friendly, professional, and cute upon arrival. i really felt welcome and that they wanted to. the team is fun and willing to help in any way they can.

friendly staff comfortable beds coffee machine

The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist. I enjoyed complimentary waters inside the mini-bar. I also appreciated the provided Nespresso coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable. Pillows was superb.

Cupboard space was barely adequate.

mixed experience due to air conditioning issue

air conditioning system constant dripping

the location was very convenient.

the air conditioning system flooded my room. the staff informed me nothing could be done. i spent the night with towels all over the floor due to the constant dripping. the hotel knew about the aircon system issue, as towels had been jammed under it before my stay.

lovely staff tasty bar quiet room

i found the staff to be lovely. i really loved the tasty bar offerings and restaurant. the comfy, quiet, compact room was so special to me.

the carpark was not suitable for larger cars. it made parking a small challenge.
