The hotel had a washing machine and dryer for guest use. This cost $11 including detergent. I found plenty of nice restaurants nearby. It was a very convenient location.

The discounted parking had a single exit. This made in and out access inflexible!

the location was fantastic! it was next to several great restaurants and the botanical gardens. my king room balcony, located at the end of the hotel, was especially spacious. the building itself is a beautifully restored victorian hotel.

the carpet in my room needed a good cleaning. a wooden floor might be a better option there.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming Location

The room had high ceilings , . I found a coffee machine in the lounge, and that was a good surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I really appreciated the easy access to Kings Cross station from this hotel.

I found that the reception had a strong perfume smell , and it sometimes gave me a slight headache.
