slow service wait staff
the restaurant service was pretty bad. trying to get a table seemed like some kind of secret code i didn't know. once i actually got seated, it took forever for anyone to even notice i existed. all they managed to bring was water. i probably won't be rushing back because of the slow service and general lack of enthusiasm from the staff, i mean, come on?!

Fantastic Location and Service
convenient location comfortable bed fantastic service
The hotel's location near the Opera House, bridge, and Circular Quay was convenient. I found the walk-in shower and comfortable bed in the clean room to be excellent. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I must also mention Eugene, the Chief Concierge. He helped locate my lost luggage and sent a picture once it arrived.

The room had tea and coffee making facilities, and high-end brand products were stocked. The room design was well appointed and comfortable. I enjoyed the fuse over the harbor from my room.

Eugene, the concierge, stood out. He provided amazing tour suggestions and was very attentive. Vy, the duty manager, showed extreme kindness. The staff provided comforts and allowances at their discretion.

The buffet breakfast was world-class. The food quality was excellent!!! There was a decent selection of food choices. I found the quality and service to be great.

The location is excellent for accessing the Opera House and Circular Quay on foot. I found that the hotel is conveniently near other venues. The hotel's central location made getting around very easy.

The bar had a great location ON the water. It was close to shops. The hotel location provides easy access to bus tours.
The room was dated. The common areas need new carpet, AS the foyer smelled. It was pricey for what it is.
