a charmed apartment experience
great location separate bedroom
the location suited my needs quite well. proximity to king street wharf was definitely a plus. the apartment included a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. there was also a living area and a laundry, a definite advantage for longer stays.
upon arrival, the assigned room overlooked sealife, with street views, not what was originally offered. the notification i sent in an email seemed to have been overlooked.

The location is great. The staff helped us during a medical emergency. Thanks to Nina. The location is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the service I received was very helpful.
I booked an apartment but it was basically a hotel room. The bed slats were broken, so the bed was uneven. The TV remote did not work and I had to get a replacement.

useful dryer large balcony convenient proximity
The apartment had a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. That was quite helpful. a large balcony provided extra space i enjoyed. its proximity to restaurants and grocery stores made things easy, i think.
the gym equipment looked a little dated.

damp carpets balcony mold
i found some issues the kitchen ceiling showed water damage and i was not informed about any maintenance requests the carpets were damp and not thoroughly cleaned i found a towel with a hole it was disappointing to see mold on the balcony door the balcony lacked a table and had only two seats. additionally the reception staff seemed inconvenienced when i told them i did not bring the vehicle i had pre-booked parking for

the apartment was spacious. it featured a separate bedroom, kitchenette, living area, bathroom, and laundry.. the full-size fridge was very useful. the location offered quick access to darling harbor.

Wonderful Harbour Stay
great view convenient access
The hotel location was excellent. It was very close to the harbor, parks, and ferries to Circular Quay (a great spot for sightseeing). The size of the apartment was great, and the views were really good. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of being right on the harbour with easy access to many cafes and restaurants.
The shower's water temperature changed unexpectedly. This made it difficult to maintain a consistent and safe temperature while showering.

The hotel offered a cozy cafe in the foyer. It had nice food, coffee, and excellent service. The location is also steps away from Darling Harbour, offering many restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
