the staff was friendly (i have to admit) and the rooms were clean.
The rooftop bar was closed . This was a major disappointment. also, the air conditioning barely worked, and i had to call maintenance twice. the temperature in the room was either too hot or too cold, hard to sleep properly.

the gym allowed me to maintain my workout routine, which i appreciated. the all-inclusive breakfast offered many delicious options each morning. i found giovana on staff to be very responsive answering my messages via whatsapp.
my room wasn't ready upon check in. so i accepted another room with a balcony. but the plants were dead on the balcony.

The hotel rooms are modern and spacious. I found them very very comfy and tidy. The rooftop pool was a nice amenity to have. It was more of a plunge pool, but still a pleasant experience on a warm day.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I was very excited to order the delicious and gourmet-looking food both mornings. The presentation was very excellent and the quality matched, I enjoyed all the flavors and fresh ingredients.
