The heating system was faulty during my entire stay. It was quite uncomfortable after i got caught in a downpour. furthermore, i found the response to this issue inadequate. engineers entered my room repeatedly, interrupting my stay despite assurances that they would only access it when i was away..

The staff were helpful. They always made sure my needs were met. The food was AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the complimentary chocolates. The rooms included high-quality linens.
I did experience a minor delay during check-in, which I attribute to a busy period at the hotel.
