The room was clean and spacious. The dedicated parking spot was useful. The upgrade to the 2br loft suite was appreciated (a nice touch!). I found that the room was very clean upon arrival.
i thought the gym equipment was a little old.

The suite included a king bed. The harbour-facing view was enjoyable. The loft layout offered a unique experience and good separation of space for families or groups. It included two separate bedrooms.

Staff promptly addressed requests, showing attentiveness. Check-in was efficient and cute. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness . They provided regular towel changes and tidied the space thoroughly.

i found cracked tiles in the bathroom, and i found some mould too. the shower offered inconsistent temperatures, going from hot to cold with no warning.
