The bathroom was spacious and clean. The room had complimentary robes and slippers. The mini bar selection included a variety of drinks and snacks.

Really good Experience

helpful staff unexpected upgrade luxurious bathroom

The staff were genuinely helpful I received an unexpected room upgrade to a high floor with views. The marble bathrooms felt luxurious the shower gel had a lovely scent. The breakfast buffet on the top floor featured the opera house I savored the sausages and flat white coffee.

The digital check-in was slightly problematic.

carpet stains high prices

the location is quite central and accessible (a definite plus).

check-in was a slow ordeal, with only a few staff available despite a long queue. i eventually got to my room, a beautiful barangaroo city twin, but i noticed some stains on the carpet. also, the minibar prices felt excessively high, even for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

long delay luggage arrival

my luggage took far too long to arrive after check-in , over an hour , even after i had to call to ask where it was , which was very frustrating. the level of service doesn't seem to justify the cost. i'm not sure i would stay here again.

Acceptable Stay, Notable Issues

luggage delay downgraded food

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to many areas.

My luggage arrival took over an hour after check-in. It only came after I called. The restaurant has moved from Level 36 to Level 1. It has no view. The food quality was noticeably downgraded (no Eggs Benedict).
