my luggage took far too long to arrive after check-in , over an hour , even after i had to call to ask where it was , which was very frustrating. the level of service doesn't seem to justify the cost. i'm not sure i would stay here again.

The breakfast had amazing views (i enjoyed it very much). The staff were great and always ready to assist. The room was spacious with good views of the city. The coffee machine in the room was also convenient.

The gym was quite busy during peak hours.

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to many areas.

My luggage arrival took over an hour after check-in. It only came after I called. The restaurant has moved from Level 36 to Level 1. It has no view. The food quality was noticeably downgraded (no Eggs Benedict).
