Repeat stay delights

water coolerluggage machineusb chargertowel change
i found a free water cooler, useful for refilling water bottles. there was a luggage weighing machine, available without charge. a wall-mounted usb charger was newly installed in my room. i also appreciated that i could change towels and empty bins.
the walk-in shower was a bit small. water leaked from the shower door, flooding the bathroom floor. it required mopping after each use. despite technician adjustments, the issue persisted.
Service
9/10
the staff were helpful with my requests. technicians promptly checked the shower issue. despite the quick check, the core issue remained, but their responsiveness was still noted and i appreciate their effort.
Facilities
8/10
the location provides convenient access to transport links. the hotel features a restaurant and a bar. new colourful hotel t-shirts are available for purchase at approximately $35. i could also book the room without daily service.
