the room was modern, and its cleanliness was really good. staff were helpful, i appreciate that. the hotel had a great location, it was close to darling harbor. there was an easy walk to shopping areas.

my room felt way too small, i noticed that immediately. there were no drawers provided, it was a real inconvenience. i noticed the bathroom was tiny, and it felt a little unorganized. i think, for the price i payed, there should be better.

The breakfast buffet provided a large variety of choices. I could even request my favorite style of eggs. The hotel provided coffee and drinks. I discovered many kinds of breads and jams were available.

The hotel's location provided easy access to Darling Harbour and the CBD. Numerous restaurants are within a short walk from the hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful . The rooftop bar provided a good atmosphere and really good views.

The room was a bit small. It lacked ample drawer space for clothing storage.

The breakfast offered many choices to satisfy different tastes. The buffet was well-stocked and regularly refreshed. Room service was prompt and the food quality was high. The presentation was also excellent. The rooftop bar had expertly crafted cocktails with beautiful presentations.

The concierge team was very helpful, offering great recommendations for exploring the area. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff addressed my queries professionally. Valet service was efficient and the personnel were courteous when handling luggage.
