the location was very convenient for catching my early flight. it was literally across the street from the departure terminal. the room was also quite clean.

I had trouble getting in touch with reception to ask for extra towels, as no one was answering the phone. i had to go downstairs to the front desk to request more towels and extra shampoo. the tv stream didn't work either. That was frustrating.

the check-in was slow and inefficient. my family had two rooms, only one was available at noon. we had to do a second check-in at 5 pm. the second room was on a different floor and we couldn't move between floors.
