malfunctioning kiosk cigarette smoke
The location provided convenient access to trains and the airport.
The check-in process involved a malfunctioning kiosk and unhelpful staff. the room reeked of cigarette smoke, most unpleasant. I found the service and room quality unacceptable for the price.

terminal proximity onsite restaurant
the hotel is very close to the international terminal. luggage storage was available. i appreciated the convenience of an onsite restaurant after a long flight.
the check-in process was slow and disorganized with many people using the kiosks. it created some congestion.

the staff are helpful and friendly. luggage holding is available to guests who need it. i found the check-in staff to be very accommodating. the staff was awesome as well.

generally acceptable stay
convenient location clean room unanswered phone broken tv stream
the location was very convenient for catching my early flight. it was literally across the street from the departure terminal. the room was also quite clean.
I had trouble getting in touch with reception to ask for extra towels, as no one was answering the phone. i had to go downstairs to the front desk to request more towels and extra shampoo. the tv stream didn't work either. That was frustrating.

The location proves very convenient for travelers. The easy access to the international terminal reduced travel stress. I found the facilities quite good for my short stay.
I noted a lack of information upon arrival. There was no welcome from staff. I had to find my own way around.
