EXCELLENT Stay IN a Tower Superior King Room

Check-in and check-out were very smooth, the process happened exactly as described. I loved the ease of using the parking and the hotel vouchers. The whole experience was seamless. The bed WAS comfortable. The room was spacious and clean.

The location is ideal as it is close to many attractions. The hotel is in the very center, surrounded by landmarks and shops. Parks, the port, and the train station are within walking distance.

the air conditioning was not very effective. the room remained too warm, made sleeping difficult. changing rooms did not solve this issue, i found.
