the location was convenient to darling harbour.

the check-in process was slow. the lobby felt cramped, especially with a large seating area taking up space. the rooftop pool was adults-only on saturday afternoons, so i could not use it.

the location was acceptable. it allowed for easy access to attractions.

i found the room design questionable. the wardrobe placement felt awkward and impractical and it barely accommodated one suitcase. the overall aesthetic seemed like it might age poorly.

I thought the rooms was spacious and well-kept. Hotel location was also very nice. Its proximity to attractions meant seeing many sights. The staff were also friendly and always ready to help with questions.

The wait at the front desk at check-in was just long. It made arrival a little less smooth.

clean roomharbor view

the room was clean and had everything that we needed. lots of room existed, also there was a beautiful view of the harbor. the room seems to be fully sound proof as i couldn't hear anything from outside our room.

the valet parking has to be pre booked, i was turned away because i didn't do it ahead of time.
