convenient location fast food restaurants quiet room faulty key reception delay multiple attempts

the location is convenient as it is near the airport. i found some fast food restaurants just around the corner. the room was also very quiet and sealed well against noises. the shower was nice too.

my room key did not work the first time. i went to reception, and they tried to fix it. it still did not work the second time, causing a delay. the staff gave me a new card, but it took multiple attempts to open the door.

yellow tiles poor soundproofing

the bathroom situation was less than ideal. i know it's supposed to be budget but the bathroom seemed like a public restroom for wheelchair access. there was barely any space to put even a toothbrush and i feel the outdated yellow tiles didn't help its cause. the rooms sound proofing also wasn't great, i could hear my neighbors conversations and shower.

loud air conditioning dripping air conditioning

The location is convenient. It is about a 10 minute drive from the airport.

the air conditioning ran loudly and had to be turned off during the night. this was a shame because it was the only thing drowning out sounds from other guests. the air conditioning in a different room was dripping onto the floor.
