numerous options steam room
The location suited my needs. It was close to transport links. breakfast had numerous options and the food tasted great. the gym included several machines and free weights. a steam room was available for use.
The elevators were sometimes slow. I waited several minutes once.

good space good lighting lower temperatures convenient location
My room had good space. It was larger than i thought. The room had good lighting. I could control the mood lighting from bed. The thermostat allowed lower temperatures. The location was convenient to circular quay. It also was near the rocks.
The bathroom seemed small. It seemed like a budget hotel bathroom. There was no separate toilet. It is standard in a luxury hotel though.

Every staff member i spoke with seemed warm. They were attentive too. The staff seemed genuinely cute. I really liked the high level of care i received.

The hotel offered short term parking. It. The positioning for the opera house was great. The hotel had a tram service too. It was basically on your doorstep.

The room included a very comfortable bed. It also included a walk-in shower. The television was huge. The room provided everything i needed. Everything felt very clean and tidy.

Wonderful Anniversary Celebration!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary, and the staff made each day special. The concierge secured tickets to a sold out show at the opera house for us, it was so helpful. The bed was AMAZING!!!
I experienced a minor delay during check-in, it was a busy time.

The hotel is near Circular Quay, placing it close to many attractions. Transportation is easily accessible from the hotel, very useful for exploring the city. Many restaurants are also conveniently located nearby.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Turn down service was offered each evening, it was a nice touch. Valet parking and valet luggage service are available, so convenient.

The room was spacious with luxury bedding. A bathtub was included in the bathroom, such a treat. The hotel provided quality amenities, i really appreciated it.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The hotel restaurant caters to dietary restrictions, this was a plus. The a la carte menu provided generous portions, i found it amazing.

the location are great. the room was quiet. i loved the distance for walkING to the arts precinct.

better view room upgrade spacious room comfortable bed pathetic check-in no water terse response
I was automatically upgraded to a room with a BETTER view. It was a VERY spacious room. The comfort of the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
The check-in experience was pathetic, and probably the worst for any four seasons. The lady didn't even offer water. Everything I asked was answered with a prompt 'no'.

Central and Clean Stay
central location excellent pastries nice staff made to order eggs
The location is handy and central! I liked that the room was very clean. Breakfast included pastries that were excellent and eggs made to order. The hotel staff are nice and helpful generally.
The bathroom door was worn. The baseboards were painted white with the carpet. This surprised me somewhat.

Reasonably priced room service options exist here! The executive lounge provides an excellent breakfast experience with quality food, and a stylish bar called The Grain sits off the hotel lobby.
