i booked a 'luxury corner room one king bed'. the room itself was fine, i guess. but the view? not exactly the picturesque escape i was hoping for. also, the room service was slow (i think they forgot about my dessert order, maybe on purpose?), and nobody seemed particularly concerned when i mentioned it.

modern hotel easy access staff attentiveness
The hotel is modern and maintained well. Its location allowed easy access to attractions. The staff's attentiveness in the executive lounge stood out, especially one staff member called elmo. The attention to detail.

The hotel sits perfectly at Darling Harbour, providing direct access to the light rail. This made navigating to various parts very convenient, eliminating long walks. I could easily reach different areas.

The breakfast buffet included many choices. I found several options, including eggs benedict and pancakes. The hotel restaurant provided a lovely dinner with attentive staff.

the pool is pleasant and offers a nice view! the champagne bar and lobby bar provided options for relaxation. The executive lounge had an elegant atmosphere and excellent service.

The room was modern and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, a perfect spot after a long day. I got upgraded to a partial harbour view room, it had a great view.

charmed by attentive service!
convenient location attentive staff thoughtful approach
i found the location very convenient. a short walk brought me to harborside restaurants. the staff was attentive at the executive lounge. Elmo really made a difference with his thoughtful approach.
reception told me they would call me back to check if i could use my voucher. this never happened, and $ 100 went down the drain. lines were too long to follow up.
