slow room service
i booked a 'luxury corner room one king bed'. the room itself was fine, i guess. but the view? not exactly the picturesque escape i was hoping for. also, the room service was slow (i think they forgot about my dessert order, maybe on purpose?), and nobody seemed particularly concerned when i mentioned it.

The hotel is modern and maintained well. Its location allowed easy access to attractions. The staff's attentiveness in the executive lounge stood out, especially one staff member called elmo. The attention to detail.

i found the location very convenient. a short walk brought me to harborside restaurants. the staff was attentive at the executive lounge. Elmo really made a difference with his thoughtful approach.
reception told me they would call me back to check if i could use my voucher. this never happened, and $ 100 went down the drain. lines were too long to follow up.
