limited selection hallway disruption

the breakfast buffet FELL short. the selection was limited and not what I expect from a hotel of this caliber. also, the noise level in the hallways was unacceptable. I could hear conversations and doors slamming late at night and early in the morning. this made it difficult to sleep soundly. I'm not accustomed to this level of DISRUPTION.

car parking poor explanation

the breakfast buffet had a hot selection, and i appreciate the staff for keeping it well-stocked.

the car parking and check-in was an ordeal. it took a while to get the room ready after the indicated time. the receptionist didn't explain anything at check in.
