I found the staff at check-in amazing. they accommodated an early check-in for my two young children. they extended our check-out time, this allowed us extra time at the pool before our departure. the location suited my needs perfectly. It was central to everything i wanted to access.

i stayed for several nights and really liked the gym! it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found the location quite convenient with easy access to public transport. mcdonalds and taco bell are right across the street, which my kids thought was AMAZING!!!

the pool was not warm enough for my liking. the sauna nearby did compensate for this, however. i would have liked a warmer pool after workouts.

the location was quite convenient! it was close to public transport. my room had a view over the city. i also appreciated them cleaning the room daily.

the phone line in my room didn't work. i had to use my mobile to contact room service. the air conditioner was temperamental and never cooled below 25. it was reset twice but made no difference.

the pool was a letdown, it was colder than expected. also, breakfast was crowded with a long wait for coffee, a single machine was working. the room needed better soundproofing as i could hear street noise late at night, i would expect better at this price.
