The location is central near shopping areas and public transport. The room had blackout blinds, and I had a good night's sleep. The shower provided nice, hot water.
The basement parking was a bit inconvenient.

mixed experience with a noise problem

central locationsignificant noisepoor sound insulation
the location was central near a shopping mall and a tram stop. it was also near the train line to the airport.
i stayed for three nights, but sleeping was not enjoyable. i found the road noise significant because trams operated throughout the night. the trams beeped every time they stopped outside the hotel so it was difficult to sleep.

dull atmosphereminimal benefits
The executive lounge was a letdown. I remember it being a great place to work and relax. It's now oddly placed on level 1 with no natural light. This IS unacceptable. The lack of windows creates a dull atmosphere I did NOT enjoy. being a loyalty member felt pointless, as there were minimal benefits. The brand has lost its appeal for future trips.
