The room included a Japanese style bathtub. It featured excellent design and furnishings. Its location was central to many attractions and convenient for accessing public transport for exploring further afield.

I found the lighting a little dim, particularly in the wardrobe area, made selecting clothing somewhat difficult .

the room was clean. it had a king bed. i used the complimentary t2 tea. the hotel also had a nespresso machine. the location was central. it was near transport. staff were efficient. they were also friendly. gowing's restaurant was excellent. the food tasted great. the cocktails were also great. the staff were personable.

the minibar prices seemed high.

The location was great being right in the centre of everything.

My room was dark with five lamps and ceiling lights but I still could not see anything properly I found this disappointing. The bathroom bench was wide making makeup application difficult I think a makeup mirror is needed for the price paid. I will not be returning due to these issues.

the location is convenient for accessing the central business district and getting around with a tram stop nearby.

i was disappointed with the room i booked. i requested a non-feather pillow four times due to neck pain, but it was never provided (which really annoyed me).
