The staff accommodated an early check-in. The pool offered a relaxing experience, and I found the gym accessible. The hotel's location allows short walks to both Hyde Park and Darling Harbour. I found the room spacious and clean.

The TV turned on by itself during the night. Hairs were present in the shower and bath. The arrival service seemed disinterested.

the hotel is centrally located allowing easy walking distance to museums. check-in was easy. the room had recent updates and blackout curtains with built-in magnets. i used the excellent buffet breakfast at the lobby restaurant.

the shower had weak water pressure. i had to hold the flush to get enough volume. the view from my room showed a brightly lit car park.

i thought the room service was excellent. it was great value for money and tasted delicious!!! the hotel location is also very central. it was a short walk to most places i wanted to visit.

I found a minor issue, the carpet seemed not thoroughly vacuumed. I noticed some hair.
