Mixed Feelings About My Stay
loud drillingwater supply disruption
I was not happy with the noise level. There was loud drilling during the day. This caused problems since I needed to work. Water supply disruption happened twice. This created issues for my kids. No room change was offered, and the restaurant was closed. I will think about returning in the future, since it was not worth it.

loud musicinflexible staff
The noise was a real issue. There was loud music until 1 am i certainly did not expect. the staff seemed inflexible even though most were friendly i found. the ammos restaurant felt busy and noisy it lacked a cozy atmosphere.

The location was excellent, right on the beach. Public transportation was very close to the hotel. The breakfast was first class. Everything you could think of was available to eat.
This made hearing difficult! Check-in experience was not great. The staff member seemed inexperienced. I had to re-attend reception later that evening to receive our check-in benefit. I needed to register our car. This was not completed initially.

the reception area was beautiful. i loved that our beautiful king room bay view included fluffy towels and pleasant toiletries. the staff at reception were friendly and cute. breakfast offered a good range of cooked foods, including an 'egg station'. breads, yoghurts, fruit and pastries.
the water tasted a bit strange.

this location has a lot to offer! it is perfectly situated next to a white sandy beach, several bars, and restaurants. the hotel provides great views across botany bay and the airport runways. it also has views of the skyline.

The breakfast included a good range of cooked foods. The egg station was alright too.
The cards to access my room often did not work. I had to go to reception multiple times to get them fixed. A cleaner walked into my room without knocking while I was in the bath. So professional. The staff really need more training.
