the swimming pool was AVAILABLE to me.
The room service menu WAS hard to navigate. i ended up ordering a pizza that tasted like it came from the freezer. The crust was soggy. the chicken tenders I ordered alongside it werent hot either. it was a DISAPPOINTING meal.

I appreciated the hotel's location in the city center. It was close to many shops. The gym had updated equipment including several treadmills. I enjoyed the cocktail bar. The staff made delicious drinks. I also found the concierge service helpful for storing bags before a late flight.
The bathtub could have been cleaner.

the hotel has close proximity to shops and public transport. the swimming pool was clean. the reception staff were quick. the concierge was helpful with luggage storage when we departed and that was convenient.
The air conditioning in the room was quiet. Though it could have been more effective during hotter periods.
