WOW, what a stay!

great location comfortable bed helpful staff

The hotel has a great location near transportation and shopping areas. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the pillows allowed me to rest perfectly. I enjoyed the shower A LOT. The amenities. EVERY staff member I met was helpful. They were very friendly.

the hotel boasts a well equipped gym. the facility features three treadmills. i noted the presence of two stationary bikes. ALL guests can easily maintain their fitness REGIMES.

the breakfast service operates between 6:30 am and 10:30 am daily. i appreciated the wide range of available choices. the dining area includes seating for approximately 120 guests. i also saw a barista station offering custom coffee drinks.

comfortable bed room size useful table

i found the bed very comfortable. the room had a good size with decent seating. there was a useful table in the room to allow me to do office work.

the digital process for information felt a little impersonal. it was not user-friendly, as i wanted to feel looked after, not distanced from service.

mixed feelings about this stay

slow elevators missing amenities

the bed was indeed comfortable, i will give them that.

The elevators were a problem , as i often waited far too long to get anywhere. also , the room lacked basic amenities . There was no sugar for my coffee and only one nespresso pod was provided.
