garbage truck maintenance lack
I stayed in a Heritage Harbourside room. Great views existed and a restful stay occurred. The verandah visits from bush turkeys were nice.
I found several issues. The garbage truck made early morning noise. The guest phone was not working so I had to use my own. The bath tap kept falling off. Maintenance seemed amiss.

underwhelmed by the stay

slow service overpriced drinks
the room was stuffy because it had no air-conditioning. screens were absent from the doors, too. drinks at the boiler room bar felt overpriced. the service was also slow, i think.

bus schedule maintenance upgrade
The staff were friendly. The beach was beautiful.
The buses to rooms were not running on schedule. I waited 35 minutes to get down upon arrival! I also waited 40 minutes to get up when leaving. The hotel is starting to get a bit run down and needs a maintenance upgrade. Guttering, decking, and paintwork need work.
