Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Present
terrible pillowsworn look
The pillows were, frankly, awful. I suspect they had seen better decades. The room required minor repairs plus a fresh coat of paint. It seemed a bit much at this price. I did not expect this sort of thing. The worn look was disappointing, to say the least.

The hotel location was good. it was easy to reach various amenities at darling harbour. i appreciated patty's assistance. She ensured i could access my room early. the late check-out also worked well with my flight schedule.
the room looked worn down and felt cold. cleanliness needed improvement. i noticed hair in the shower.
