The location provided convenient access to many places I planned to visit. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations. The room was clean.

The room's motion sensor caused some issues with power. The electricity shut off if I didn't move for a while, disruptive. The bathroom lacked handrails, and the tiles were slippery when wet. I found this concerning.

I got an upgrade on arrival. My room was further back in the hotel.. this meant it was quieter. The bed and linen was lovely, but the staff was nice. They were very friendly and professional.

The air conditioning unit's heater did not work properly, I got a different room, but the problem persisted.

The concierge service provided helpful assistance. Reception staff booked several events for us, some with better prices than those advertised on Tripadvisor. The staff were notably friendly and efficient.

Convenient Location

The hotel has very easy access to everything. A shopping plaza including a Coles is right below the hotel. It is walking distance to many places including the opera house. I especially enjoyed that the location was central to everything I wanted to see
