Excellent stay in historic location!

I stayed for three nights in a heritage room. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had luxurious towels. we enjoyed the convenience of a buffet breakfast. It offered everything in a lovely dining area. every staff member was professional. They were very friendly.
The room was smaller than expected. We noticed the room did not include slippers. there was barely any space to place our luggage.

The wintergarden restaurant provided great dining choices and offered a fine view. Food and service were perfect. the belgravia bar had a cosy ambience with an electric fire. it also had many seating options, though parking was expensive.

This building is beautiful. The hotel's interior is amazing! the location is fabulous with great views. three ev charging stations are available for electric cars, though it's a bit too far from shops.

Our heritage room had everything we needed. the room's size and layout suited our visit. The decor was beautiful! we appreciate the mountain view from the window. it makes the room brighter.

the reception staff were warm and cute. they helped with our luggage and also gave a little history lesson on the way to the room! the staff displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay, though it was a busy hotel.
